Hi Alex…

Thanks for your fast response and invitation.  But I neither expect nor deserve an apology from Kevin.  He has every right to
speak his mind.

What I would like is the opportunity to prove him wrong.

Since we are both first pitch veterans, I propose a pitching demonstration. (I never met Kevin and haven’t seen his attempts at a
first pitch.)

Kevin and I can meet at a place where we can both throw pitches the regulation distance between the pitcher’s mound and home
plate (60 feet 6 inches).

We can both pitch a set number of pitches and have an impartial person serve as umpire who will call each pitch a ball or strike.
The person who throws the most strikes will be declared the better pitcher.

Proposed stakes:

If Kevin throws the most strikes, I will perform my school assembly “No Hands – No Arms – No Problem!” at an elementary school
of your choice in the L.A. area – and I will conduct it free-of-charge. ($500 value)

If I throw the most strikes, Kevin and/or KROQ will become a sponsor my Pitch for Awareness National Tour.

That's my idea... Let me know what you think.

Sincerely,

TOM WILLIS

Re: Kevin's website comments
“would you be interested in coming on our show (via phone or in-studio) and receiving
an apology directly from kevin? honestly, no funny business.”
